Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be available.
Refund or exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is different from the ordered item.
- There is an issue caused by shipping or order preparation.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide your order details and clear photos of the product condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed after reviewing and approving the request.
